Two roofers had already been out and neither found it. Marcus went into the roof space first, followed the stain back along the batten and found a cracked tile nearly three metres from where it was dripping. Fixed and hose-tested the same morning.

Rang the storm line at nine at night in February with water coming through the hallway. Tarped by six the next morning and the insurance report went in that afternoon.

Full re-bed and re-point on a nineties tile roof. Wayne matched the profile out of their yard so you cannot pick the replaced tiles. Quote did not move a dollar.

Re-screwed the whole roof with cyclone rated screws. They showed me the old washers, which had basically turned to dust. Roof does not crack and bang in the afternoon any more either.

Good work on the valleys and a fair price. Only reason it is four is that we got bumped twice in the wet, though they did ring both times rather than just not showing up.

Ordered the roof report before we bought. It found the roof had never been re-screwed and put a number on it, which we took twelve thousand off the price with. Best four hundred dollars we spent.

Gutters had not been done in years and the ceiling was staining every storm. Turned out not to be the roof at all. Cleaned, flow-tested and photographed the lot, and the stain has not moved since.

Full re-roof, tile to steel, nine days. Never left the house open overnight and they magnet swept the yard afterwards, which I did not know was a thing. Kids and dog thank them.

New gutters and they added two downpipes I did not have. First proper downpour after and nothing came over the front for the first time in about eight years.

Three whirlybirds and an insulation top up. Definitely cooler upstairs in the evening now. Took a bit longer than quoted but they did not charge extra for it.

Renee handled the entire insurance claim. I sent one email and she did the rest. The assessor apparently said their report was the clearest he had seen that week.

Small job, one leak over the bathroom. Turned up when they said, found a lifted flashing, fixed it, ran a hose over it and showed me the photos on the spot. Under five hundred all up.

Old high-set near the water so everything was rusty. They were honest that the sheeting had a few years left and just did the flashings and gutters instead of selling me a whole roof.

Solid work re-bedding the ridge. Price was at the higher end of what I was quoted around town but the finish is better and the warranty is actually written down.

On the care plan now. They come before and after the wet, send photos both times, and I have stopped thinking about the roof entirely, which I gather is the point.

Rang for a quote on a full roof and they talked me out of it. Re-screw and new flashings for a fraction of the price. Have sent them to three people since.
No reviews for that service yet. Every repair still gets the same hose test before we pack up.
