Wet Season Roof Check
$340 once
Any Townsville house between September and November, before the first real storm
- All gutters and valleys cleared by hand
- Every downpipe flushed and flow-tested
- Ridge capping, flashings and fasteners inspected
- Roof space checked for staining
- Photo report with anything that needs attention priced
Roof Care Plan
$520 / year
Homes under trees, high-set homes, and anyone who would rather not think about it
- Two visits a year, one before the wet and one after it
- Gutters, valleys and downpipes cleared and tested both times
- Annual condition report with photos
- Priority booking on the storm line through the wet season
- Ten per cent off any repair work we quote
Leak Fix and Test
$690 once
A single ceiling stain that needs finding and fixing in one visit
- Full leak detection including roof space and controlled water testing
- Up to two hours of repair labour on the day
- Up to $150 of materials
- Hose test of the repair before we come off the roof
- Five-year workmanship warranty on that repair
Landlord and Agency Plan
$460 / year
Property managers and investors with houses across Townsville and Thuringowa
- Annual roof and gutter inspection per property
- Gutters and downpipes cleared and flow-tested
- Photo condition report written for the owner, not the tenant
- Direct invoicing to the managing agency
- Priority attendance on tenant-reported leaks

Two things we fit often enough to price on their own.
Roof ventilator, supplied and installed
A wind-driven roof ventilator in a plain aluminium finish, supplied and installed with a correctly flashed and sealed penetration. Priced each; most houses need two or three to move any real volume of air.

Gutter guard mesh, supplied and fitted
Fire-rated aluminium gutter mesh clipped to the gutter lip and fixed under the tile or sheet, priced per lineal metre. Worth it under gums and poincianas, and honestly not worth it on a clear block.

How payment works
Card, transfer, or a plan on the bigger jobs.
Card, direct transfer or a payment plan on larger jobs. On anything over three thousand three hundred dollars there is a QBCC contract and home warranty insurance, and we never ask for more than the deposit the scheme allows.
Also in every quote
- Five-year workmanship warranty on leak repairs. If the same leak comes back in that time, we fix it at no charge.
- Ten-year workmanship warranty on full re-roofing, on top of the material manufacturer's own warranty on the sheeting or tile.
- Every leak repair is hose-tested before we come off the roof, and the photos come to you the same day.
